    Well, the operation on the son in law went well. All is going very good.
    I noticed stock intakes perform very well. The Performer is no better really. The Weiand I have has insane core shift. That will take a while to correct, then test.

    Scored a '67 Barracuda last week. I have I finish the car off. The last owner quite at the finish line on a resto. I was gonna flip it but the wife said, "Aaaa, no, this **** is nice, this is mine!" So I'm charged with finishing it up.

    Depending on the model of that bass, that can be a anywhere between a 450.00 and 850.00 bass! That's some dime! Congrats.

    Re: the amp, you might want to consider something around 100 watts. Like an Acoustic B100. They are fairly inexpensive, make great practice amps, and will handle most small venues, like clubs and such, with ease. There a ton of stuff out there though .. When you go shopping for an amp, bring YOUR axe with you.
    look on line, too. Musician's Friend, The Guitar Center, the guitar store, eBay, Basstalk, are good sources for used equipment in good condition, too.

    Hi Tim, yep I am still in the South, Carolina, peaceful spot near the coast, no plans to leave. Cheap gas prices is a plus.

    Thanks for the thoughts and sorry for the late reply.

    I live at my new house, by myself, now.

    Amy decided that she didn't want to be tied to one person. Her entire family, including the ones I am very good friends with and others I work with are irate with her.

    The Scamp is going away, with her and the kid.

    I'm done with the four speed, but I don't know if it will make it into the car at this point. I'm going to put the odd ends back together on it and watch the tail lights one more time and I'm out.

    It's time to get my Charger done and to move on with my life.
