    no it does not, but I know the fuel sending unit doesn't work either. schould the gauge move although the tank is empty?

    hi I am trying to get my temp gauge to work. I know it is not the gauge, cause when i give it 12 volts directly from the battery it moves towards hot.     Ok thank's!. But still cant get the pressure releaf valve out, couldn't a stuck pressure releaf valve cause too high oil pressure in the canister?

    it,s the canister type one, with the center nut. it leaks in the top seal, closest to the passenger side fender

    hey. Im having some problems with the oil in my 170 1963 slant six. the oil keeps leaking out of my oil filter canister no matter how good of a seal i make. i thought it was the pressure releaf valve that was stuck slosed, and sure enough it's stuck. so my question is, how do i get it unstuck?
