I'm chasing a 3D print file for the 69' Barracuda Hood Scoops. I bought some of the diecast ones years ago. The first lot that was shipped got destroyed in transit. The seller (PG Classics I think it was) had some more drop shipped from the factory in China. When I got the new ones (and looking...
Yeah ok. I have some ported (allegedly) 452's on the cuda atm but there is a chunk missing out of where the rocker cover sits and they always leak. PITA to get to seal and have to redress it every so often.
Yeah for sure. I have another set of 440 source heads for a 400 stroker build in the Charger but thinking of changing to the Trickflows for that one and put the Source heads on the 383 in the Cuda.
I did a 383 in My '69 Cuda convertible, great upgrade from the 360, more torque. I added a Schumacher torque strap to the front of the motor as well. I definitely wish I had taken the cross member out and installed from the bottom. If you go to put it in and it doesn't fit, like I had to do a...

My 2 cents - drop the K member and mount engine to K member first. Shove it under the car and bolt it in, lowering the body onto it. I did a 69 Cuda. Wish I did it that way for what it was worth. Looks easy doing it the other way but don't be fooled.
