Another vote for the US General boxes from Harbor Freight. I've got one of their boxes that has a ton of storage and is built better than anything from Husky, Kobalt or Craftsman, and at a better price.

That's the red stuff we used back in the 80's. Had to sand it wet or it'd clog paper in a matter of seconds. The new polyester putties seem to sand just as well dry.

The quarter panels were probably made by AMD or someone else- this was a panel that they make in-house. The stiffener ribs were made with a bead roller, rather than being stamped into the panel like the bigger manufacturers do- it looked like a home-made panel, rather than a stamping.
