I haven't got them on yet (waiting for payday :D), but from what I've read our cars have the 73+ A-body control arms that accept the larger ball joints so the disc spindles will bolt right on with no problems. I'm going to use the Volare proportioning valve and a manual disc master cylinder...

Pulled the seats and carpet, and found the cancer. I'm going to need the entire floorpan :mumum:

The dash is in decent shape, as are all the panels. Front seat will need some upholstery work.

Finally getting started on my project after letting it sit all winter! I have a 1973 Plymouth Scamp with the 225ci slant six and 4 wheel 10" drum brakes. I picked it up for $900 from a guy in Henryetta who had it on Craigslist last fall, he said he purchased from an elderly woman that bought it...

Thanks for the input! I think I'll keep the stock control arms, and just go with polygraphite bushings in my rebuild kit.

I did some searching, and it looks like the main advantages of running tubular UCAs is weight, increased bushing contact, and more front end adjustability. I'm about to start a complete tear down on my front suspension and brakes, and if I was to go with a set, now'd be the time to do it. My...

I'm doing the swap on a 1973 Scamp (with 10" drums, if it matters), will I need to use the UCAs from my F-body or will the original A-body ones work?

I'm curious about this too, the dash on my '73 Scamp is rusted out from a water leak (as well as the passenger floor pan :angry5:) and I'd like to install an earlier model dash in order to move my ignition from the column to the dash. Are all post '65 A-body dashes a bolt in swap?
