Thanks. Just bought a 771. Got a huge weird threaded blind hole behind the carb flange. Thought it might be a marine manifold or a one off casting. Stout enough to use for a screw in lift ring.

Anybody know the casting number of the D cast iron intake?

Dragging up old post. Checking my height today. I had to cut the locks down(one pair) about one third shorter to get them in. Also had to grind a little off the guage threads to make the tool shorter.

FYI Put some old 235/70/15 on these wheels and have clearance on the rear. Front has a little rub on turns. A bit of reshaping will fix that. Nice stance also.
