Hey Guys, im gonna keep this short. heater blows cold air when set to warm hoses to cabin are warm. blower is working. what gives? where do i begin looking?

would replacing it with this MOOG K7041 idler arm from a B-Body work? https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,1969,charger,7.2l+440cid+v8,1078961,steering,idler+arm,7328 it looks like it has some more clearance, and looks like it would mount the same?

does anyone know a part number to order to correct this problem?
