I was on high beams last night & out go the lights; low beam works, so can both bulbs go bad at the same time or is there some kind of fuse some where?

I have a 360 in a 72 dart with the V8 stock radiator. I purchased a lower hose and its way off, is there something I'm missing or do I just need to trim the hose? I've checked 2 different parts stores both have the same hose. Please help!

I purchased replacement sockets at car quest (the type with the tabs) put them in bent the tabs over, and tada they work! Thanks all
