Are replacement front or rear inner fenders available? If not, what can be done?

Are the 5x4.5" thread size then 1/2" / 20?

OK, so I measured the bolt circle and they are indeed 5x4.5" Does this mean that the previous owner changed out the rear end....it does have front disc brakes, so I know those are not original. What year would the donor discs and rear end been? or range?

I bought a new set of chrome lug nuts - Rock Auto indicated 7/16" / 20 was the right size.....they don't fit - they are to small. What is the correct size?

Here are some photos of my project to restore these 14" Rally Wheels. I used Year One Pro Tech Argent Wheel paint - 3 coats. Any tips on getting the Center Caps to look like new? I tried using chrome polish, which helped but they still need work.

First plans are mechanical fixes....steering wore out, brakes wore out, a lot of bondo around the rear wheel wells, interior pretty shot! Just to name a few!
