Need 72 dart driver side front windshield verticle chrome molding.

Have a cast iron intake manifold , inside the manifold in the runners there is dark brown coloration, I assume that this is rust because the manifold has been sitting for some time. My question is how to get the surface rust out of the runners? Thanks in advance.

I am priming my 340 , have 60 psi on gauge but no oil bleeding off the rocker shafts,what am I doing wrong? The passenger side rocker shaft is off the head while priming motor.
