    Need help adjusting-Ladder bars

What I did on my dart was installing homemade front end limiters. You simply chain the front end so that the car has to lift the front end without the help of the front shocks. Just a couple inches of travel is all you need. I pulled a 6' wheel stand at the Mopars on the strip race in Vegas...

    stroke

Make sure your block is prepped for a stroker crank. My 400 is a 500 inch. The skirts on the piston go down low enough into the bore that the blocks need to be notched and the bore and hone need to go all the way through. There again I have the BME rods that are large. A good machine shop should...

    Roller Cams

Has anyone tried a cylinder swap cam on a small block? It makes a noticeable change on a big block.

    225 to 383 68dart

If you are going to drag race it only leave them if your driving it a lot change them. I put a magnum force front end in my race car. It is nice but there were a few issues to deal with. Don't run steel motor mounts if you are driving it on the street. Are you going to a stock 383 or 440 K...

    5 bolt valve cover leaks

I have B1 heads, I am pulling off the valve covers a lot. What I do is: Glue a rubber style casket to the valve cover side with rubber trim glue. Then believe it or not I use front wheel bearing grease, for the head side. I doesn't leak. I have tried vasaline but I needed it else where! It was...

Need some help dipping into the 11's

with that kind of reaction time you could win a lot of races, get it jetted right, race it and win some money who cares if it is a 12.09 or 11.99. We have raced at the US nationals, the air there is tricky to figure out. It seams like you should always run faster than you do. good luck.

    aluminum interior

Here is some more pictures of the 68 dart. Even my head light stickers are on a round piece of aluminum, they look real even up close. My dash is the worst aluminum ever, I keep hearing about fiber glass dashes but I can't find one.

Another problem for us on trans brake-HELP

If you are going to buy a new race trans get a Pro trans. They are in California. It's worth the freight. Most of the Super stock and stock mopar guys run a pro trans. The son of the owner won the national championship in Super Stock with a 68 dart. I have a 727 with a trans brake. The B1...

    Super Gas

I am sure most of you guys are like me. You race in a class you can afford. My car looks like and is built to look like a Super Stock hemi A body. The cage is a hemi super stock 7.50 cert. I run the Hemi hood even though my dominator on the B1 motor nearly hits the hood. The reason I do this is...
