Went to AutoZone this morning and got a new starter relay and put it in and now it cranks and starts. THANKS!!!!!!! Now time to figure out the carburetor issue.

I will try jumping the relay now. Im assuming you just put a screwdriver between the 2 bare Terminals. Then turn the key in the ignition? I put the car in neutral and pressed the brake down still no start. I'm going to look under the hood for the seat belt relay box. I'm almost 100% certain...
