    1972 - My Valiant - built in July 72 has lap belts. - My Duster - built August 72 has shoulder belts.

    The days of welding body panels are coming to an end...

    There is a certain window of time that you can reposition your panel; after that it can not be moved. Have your panel ready test fitted and use a few screws to line it up.....and lots of clamps. Stuff works great! I use in spots that I can not get the welder into.

    1973 Duster charging issue

    There was a change in the wiring about that year; I can't recall the exact year but my '73 is diagram is different than the older style charging system. I believe testing of the two systems is also different.

    Let them know; but keep in mind that it is easy to miss something on a car. I am sure they would correct their ad when they find out they made a mistake.

    I am not sure; my 72 does not have one. I don't know how original it is after all these years. My 73 built in August of 72 also does not have one.
