Building 1970 340 have j heads..looking for old school idle, without sacrificing vacuum, 400 hp..considering comp thumpr 279 279/297 .473/.486 .107 los (needs to be street friendly) any help greatly appreciated. Thanks Wayne:violent1:

what was the stock 340 grind? This cam is 268/276 .494/.513 lift and 110/106 lobe separation. 226/234 @ .050 :banghead:

I am running the same, probably will go with a 2500 stall convertor..you think the 60403 268/276 would be to much in a street car?:glasses7:

I am building a 340 right now and am strongly leaning toward that Voodoo cam 10200703 268/276 .493/.513 lift... Will take your advice..Thanks Wayne
