I don't think your neighbors would like it. I loved it for driving, cruising. I had a 200W amplifier for my stereo, sounded good and wasn't drowned out by the exhaust. I don't think I ever would get tired of the sound level if i were driving a few times a week, but if I had close neighbors they probably wouldn't like it.
