If its a solid back, it would be from a 4 door. Two door would be split and fold forward to get in the back seat.

Sounds like the brakes work for a while and then start to drag. How's the linkage at the master cylinder? Mine was installed wrong (bent retainer plate, pivot bolt too tight) and binding not allowing the compensation ports to work properly. Also, are the parking brake cables free and adjusted?

Also, there is a "heavy duty" version of the actual switch which is a threaded barrel allowing adjustment of the physical switch with back-to-back nuts.

IF you're keeping the block with plans to rebuild it, keep all of it. Nothing is super easy to find these day or cheap.

Sometimes you can find old metal kitchen cabinets cheap, other times people want vintage prices for them (Youngstown, Geneva, St. Charles). Also consider hanging them using a French cleat so that you can reconfigure them easily.

Good idea on removing the mirror just to hold down the visors. I've also considered shortening the arm that the mirror is attached to by cutting it down, drilling it, and using a long set screw to reattach the ends.

Not top replacement, but a tech filmstrip on adjustment.

I'm about 6'2" so I think you'll have problems too. I reinstalled the mirror and you can see that it is practically in the middle of the field of view. I ended up using a generic parts store glass mount replacement. Sunvisors dont attach, but that hasn't been a problem.

Bucket seat tracks for 70 and up A body. Probably won't fit 75+ floor due to catalytic converter. Did not fit my 68 seat frames. Believed to have come out of a 72 up because inside tracks are non locking. Studs were removed and I don't have them. Also missing captive bolt on one track...

The convertible rear view mirror hangs fairly low blocking forward vision if you're tall. I ended up replacing mine with a glass mounted one.

Make sure sure tank is still in good condition. You don't want to speed a lot of money on a new motor only to have a rusted out tank start leaking.

Is this a little piece that goes next to the float seat? Mine's missing and hasn't caused any problems that I've noticed.
