Hello to all....I'm the new guy to this site and to Mopars (I've always been a Chevy guy).Any way I was looking for a new project and ended up picking up a soild, great running (125,000 miles) 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger.My first plans are to mini tub it,install a 8 3/4" rear,tie frame rails,and put in a fuel cell (tank has a small leak).The only thing that I can't deciede is to drop in a 360 or to beef up the 225 bottom end and turbo it???I guess I have time to figure it out,and I'll have lots of questions along the way.I'm a welder fabricator so I might me able to help someone out along the way.8)

Welcome to the world of Mopar! Nothing wrong with chevy's.Nice looking Dart! Im doing a 360 in my Dart. Though I really would like to do a twin turbo slant one day, hence DarTT.
 
Welcome to the "love hate love" that is the Mopar A body.

Don't overlook a Modern Hemi swap or a 383/400/440.
 
Welcome, if you like to get more out your money you will go 360 because building a six to do what a 360 can is not cheap! That is why my 76 Dart Sport had a 225 but now has a 360.
 
Welcome to the mopar family nice lookin dart you got there hey if you have any questions pertaining to a 73 dart just hit me up i just restored one last year...
