1973 Duster. I got her from the first owner a few years back. I really like the car but a car has come up for sale that I have to try and get and I must sell one in order to buy it. Lots of paperwork with this one. Her first owner ordered it for her first car. She kept everything from day one, special order build sheet, a log book of all the stuff done to it over the years. She is a 318 automatic. Sold new in VA They moved to Knoxville, TN in 1976 and she has been here since. The a/c was put on in 76 . Look at the pics and if you have any questions please let me know. $6,000.00 or best offer.

The photos of the engine compartment and trunk are poor.

What color is the engine compartment - i.e. inner fenders, firewall, etc.? Trunk?

From the photos posted both areas look white.

What color was this car from the factory, and can you post a photo of the fender tag?

Sorry about the poor pics, the color of the engine compartment and trunk are the same as the car. B1 Sky Blue. I will post a pic of the fender tag when I get home from work today. Thank you.
 
Do I have it priced to high? I know the car is not perfect but is one of the most solid and stock Dusters I have seen and with a good history. I really don't want to put her on E-bay.
 
Guys, I need to ask a question. What is wrong with my car that I cant get any interest at all? Is it the price or the car or what? Please let me know. Thanks.
 
the problem is you are in a hurry-- this forum moves at forum pace--- if your car was a smoking deal it would have been snapped up---- your in the ball park for your price-- you need to put together a photo gallery of clean clear shots of the complete car-- engine ,undercarriage, interior-- this is an internet transaction.
start at one side-- take a side shot with the complete front end & one side--- then work your way around the car overlapping the areas--- it doesn't take much time -- take lots of photos 7 choose the ones that show the most detail.

also ebay is an option-- you will have an answer in about a week.

quality pictures will go along way-- it shows you have nothing to hide & lets the buyer see the car. think of this way-- the car your after -- how hard did you look at the hidden problems?

The reply that preceded this reply provided good insights. The other issue with the car is that Sky Blue is not exactly a color Moparites are lusting after.

Having said that, your car is clean, and it has many good qualities.
