Double checking, where besides head gasket might engine coolant get into crankcase oil from?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
not on slant 6, but thanksA bad intake gasket will do that too
Me too head gasket, coolant doesn't circulate through slant 6 intake.i'm leaning toward either a bad intake gasket but most likely a cracked head gasket

not a problem, thanks for the suggestion :burnout:Sorry I didn't realize I was in the slant 6 forum , I just clicked on today's posts:violent1:
Yeah I put ARP studs in it. After it started leaking. Might not have got a good retorque previously....I would check the torque on the head bolts just to see if there was a mistake there. If they are ok and you disassemble it, then you can look for a bad gasket and try to figure out what wen wrong with it. Maybe head needs milling or is warped a bit. Low mileage gaskets don't tend to go bad all that quick, but it can happen. I would look for why though. Then use new bolts to put the head back on.
