Problems with Mike440

I filed a pay-pal dispute for never receiving the merchandise. I purposely noted the parts in their memo....and would only send as a"gift" if it was. If the seller adds the pay-pal fee (as I do) I pay it.

Maybe I am mistaken, but that is suppose to be one of the benefits to using them....we shall see.

I'm hooked for $295......as of now.

If I do not get my $$$$ back from pay-pal, I will file charges and follow thru.

And there is always plan B.....
 
I'm in on any legal actions ! At this point I dont want my parts , i want my money back.

Hey Pitbill,
Due to the fact that almost all the fraud/embezzlement activity is over state lines, the sheriff's office is the wrong department to contact. It's the FBI; they investigate all interstate commerce felony activity, and since this has happened numerous times, each one is a separate felony charge. The fact this person quit the board, came back under a new username to continue the felony activity shows that this is no "small fish" (It's worth the FBI's time I'm saying)

And the best part of all, between BS posts, answering Wanted ads, and all the private PM's, all this felonious activity is documented with timestamps, etc. All of which can be subpoenaed and used in court. They just locked up their own felony conviction! Wow, how stupid can one person be. Let's see if we hear from Mike440 again.. I bet refunds start FLOODING back to you all..
 
It's good to see you all band together and go get this guy locked up. Send the posi....

you see, us mopar people use it to uncover fraudulent chebby people who only come on here to scam us out of part
a true mopar person would NEVER use it, but the chebby folk cant help themselves

I seem to be one of the few that did receive the part I paid for from this guy. Actually I received even more than I paid for because he shipped me a black retractable seat belt by mistake. I bought a lower column cover. He told me to just keep the seat belt.
So if one of you guys that got screwed bought a seat belt from him, I have it!
Maybe he's just a scatterbrain.

If you do not get your money back from paypal, you should be able to contact your bank and then dispute the transaction. After a whilst of bitching on how you are a victim of fraud, they will get you a refund and block all future transactions to and from paypal.
