Parts I owe to people (mike440)

-
Wow I feel like a complete idiot for offering condolences to someone who came on here with a complete lie using family members having serious medical issues as an excuse to rip good people off. I hope you are reading this so I can tell you , I hope you rot in hell
I completely agree. Thats the worst thing you can do especially serious problems in which a lot of people are facing and he's just throwing it around like its nothing. NOT COOL BRO MAN UP.

JMO.........a wall of shame will do nothing as the real bad people will just change their user name and start again. As was the case here. And then if someone did make amends and try to "clear" their name, how could they? As they are now "on the wall". Again, JMO.

The sad part of this is, many on here, myself included, suspected this character of being ply30 or at least associated to him. But what could we do? We take our chances buying and selling on the W.W.W.

I posted this in the other thread, I'll paste it here as well.

______________________________

Here's the deal folks. Those of you that have paid for parts and it's been more than the time expected to receive them, FILE A COMPLAINT.

Joey has posted this before, and ya'll need to follow through.
(If you copy/paste this info elsewhere delete this ^^^ line, thank you)

Go here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Insert as much info as you can, the site is very detail oriented.

(The information here will be grouped together by using triggers like addresses, name etc)

_____________________________

For those of you that have possibly paid with a Postal MO, go to the site above and file a complaint, then go HERE: http://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx

and file the info about the MO and that you received nothing.

Also, quite possibly, if you paid by check as well, I would still think that constitutes Mail Fraud.

If you folks take the time to do this, I think someone in Virginia is going to be one unhappy camper.

I just had a discussion with an "agent" 30 minutes ago, and they explained how the FBI site works and and how it groups complaints together. Once the info is entered and the system queries the complaint, they will be categorized and grouped together.

If you feel you've been ripped off, follow the instructions layed out here. Instead of bitching about it, do something about it. I agree with Bad Sport. This is a Federal matter, not local. Fill out the FBI form and let the feds catch the crooks.

Thanks for the time, Mike. Been through a rough one myself. My older sister just finished her third round of Chemo and I confirmed my suspicions this week that my first high school sweetie at the time I got my first ride, passed a few years back after a long bout with this crap. Crushed is an understatement. Take your time. It isn't the difference of getting this car on the road.

Looks as if you got ripped off also. Read through the postings.

Yep, beginning to see that. He did post something a few days ago though so I'm willing to give him the benefit of doubt for a few more days.

You guys have been scammed!

Check out this thread and put yourselves on the list for total lost...

Then press charges against this @sswipe, he's playing you...

As soon as I started posting his personal info from instagram, he made the account private. He's running from this and this thread was just a smoke screen to buy him more time. If he can put you off for the required amount of time, Paypal won't do anything about it. He's counting on that....

You have to pursue this legally guys like I am. Don't count on paypal to get your money back....look at the details of your paypal account transaction..."Mike Hayes" from moparsinthefield@yahoo.com is an "unverified" account....meaning no actual bank was used and more than likely phony and opened up with probably a prepaid debit card from Wal Mart. If there is no bank or money in that account to reimburse you, paypal is probably not going to shell out the money themselves and give it back to you. Do as I am and file your complaints at your local police dept. first then fill out the federal form that has been posted here as this is an actual crime. Also follow the link to the thread I started "Problems with Mike440 " for a lot more info if you haven't already.

The legal system has it's flaws and boundaries. There comes a time when you have to get creative.

One other lesson i have learned that helps in all but the most dishonest seller situations:
1) pay extra to track both ways for proof each party mailed and when
2) pay extra to seller to insure shipment of parts in the event they are lost or damaged
3) require signature on both ways as proof of who received, when and where

i used to skimp on shipping by avoiding these costs. but after an issue i now pay these extra costs. i received a part that was insured. it was damaged beyond what seller indicated. shipping insurance covered the loss. i am not sure whether the damage was from shipping or seller misrepresenting but i was covered.

this approach will help avoid issues on all but the truly dishonest, criminal mindset. but it will avoid the situation where seller indicates he shipped and yet did not - because he would have a tracking with your address as destination.

why would the retard start the thread in the first place to open said can o worms? took bath salts in the morning?

He's playing you all.

By putting up this thread, he is giving the impression that he's a good guy trying to do the right thing, but having problems..

A couple of other good members have done that when their life has had issues and they are getting behind a little, but have not forgotten about their responsibilities and will catch up. And the other good members have caught up after getting over life's troubles.

He put this up as a smoke screen to stall the buyers from filing a Paypal claim until the 3 month limit for them is over and Paypal won't do a thing about it for the smart ones who did not send the payment as gift like he tries to convince them to do so they loose any paypal protection and he can keep their money.

He's trying to play the system and use the loopholes to escape.

But another member that he was screwing over started a thread calling him out shortly after he posted this one, and the truth came out in that one.... Then spilled over into this one. His plan backfired on him, now he's been run out of Dodge....

Sooner or later your bad deeds will catch up with you....

How many grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc can you have and they all get "sick" in Sept/Oct, and again in Dec, and still now....

My second cousin's room mate stubbed his tow and we had to bring him to the emergency room and that's why I haven't shipped your parts.... Etc, etc....

Or he just throws the parts in a box, improperly packed, and the package gets beat up and the parts damaged or fall out in shipping, but he thinks he has fulfilled his responsibilities...

He thought it was all a joke on everyone, until we tracked him down in the other thread and the people who he's ripped off have started filing federal charges against him. Now he's running scared with the authorities knocking on his door and has found out that it's not such a big joke when he's on the receiving end. Some people are getting refunds that he's refused to do before this all blew up on him.

This is just another part of his scam that came back and bit him in the @***.... :finga:

If you can't run with the big dogs, you should stay on the porch... :D

He's not giving refunds, he's completely ignoring PayPal and his responsibilities and allowing PayPal to have to rule in the claimants favor! They are probably taking it in the wallet also, which is actually good for yall, as they have the means to take it up a few notches!

Hopefully they will cancel and close his accounts after that....
