Does factory panther pink add any value to a 70 Duster? Any idea on the # of FM3 70 Dusters made?
 
Probably detracts from it; like someone so eloquently put it: 'nobody wants a pink-assed car!"

Personally I like the color.
 
I bought an FM Swinger 340 in fall of 70. In the 5 years I owned it I saw exactly one other pink Dart. Since the day I sold it I have never seen another. I wish I still had that car.It would probably be worth $150,000 on rarity alone.

Just out of curiousity u would be talking about 2 of them in st Charles Missouri are you
 
FM3 Cars can be a slippery slope, when it comes time to sell. ( Especially A-bodies for some reason ). Yes, they ARE rare as hell, but PINK is not for everyone. A friend of mine bought an FM3 70 340 Duster a few years back, and had a really hard time selling it. It was a driver quality car with original paint, and he only got 9k for it. Funny, because I don't mind FM3 cars.

I cant believe you sold that I would KILL for a Panther Pick swinger only in Mopar land is Bright pink cool lol.

A friend of mine has a FM3 340 Swinger with a column automatic. He bought it off the original owner in south east B.C.
He's had it for years (almost 30)
He also has a FM3 '70 Super Bee that's a 383 4 speed car that he's restoring.

I dissagree, fm3 seems to always add value. A clapped out fm3 A-body seems to always bring more than a clapped out any other color A-body if everything else is the same.
 
Probably need to sell it to Caitlan Jennings !! LOL
