Anyone have a torsion bar removal tool I can borrow?
I want to swap in a set of PST 1.03's
Thanks in advance.

I may never use one again. I actually built one, but after installing headers, it won't work, LOL

I just unhook the front strut, and you have to look and "figure" to do this........get up in there with a large bar and maybe a 2x4, etc, and pry the LCA to the rear. They come right out

Send it my way LOL!

I would go this route but I just installed my brakes, lines, ball joints and control arms. Everything is torqued down too. I don't want to undo the work lol

I'll make one if I have too.

I've done with just loosening the big nut on the LCA.You can pry it out a half inch at a time.
Pry LCA to the rear, hold bar, release prybar, repeat . Easy, peasy.

Cool thanks AJ. so this method may still be an option for me.

I have not torqued down my LCA pins yet, so no worries there.
I was wondering about the strut rod as 67Dart273 pointed out, I will probably need to take the nut off to free up the LCA.

BUT,
Is that enough? what else will hold back the control arm. What about the UCA?
I'm thinking that the there won't be enough give to the LCA if I don't separate the UCA from the knuckle.

Mine came right out as soon as I released the adjuster tension and pulled the retaining clip. You might have to wiggle it a bit and worst case, loosen the strut rod for a little more wiggle.

The UCA has nothing to do with it. The UBJ just hangs on it and is free to move in any direction.
If your bars are factory, then they will likely almost fall out. If your bars are aftermarket with the re-clocked ends, they can be "sticky".
Just go try it,already! lol
