Yes another Hellcat video.

I'd buy a Hellcat before I'd buy a Ram 3500 Cummins, more use for me with the cat and have change to boot. But that will never happen and I have to agree with Saba, I like my old school iron a lot more and it gets my blood pumping faster. The cat is impressive for what it does.

What is funny is someone not only buying a brand new car but dropping another 10 to 20 % over dealer price then spending major bucks to modify a car they just dropped 80 large on.
These off the showroom floor cars that show up at shows and track days are not my old school cup a tea & never will be.

Buddy of mine has and one he takes his wife and kids to the track in it and runs 10.70s with the car seats in the back, and drives it to get ice cream on the way home, so yeah its impressive.

Great that they are being produced but it's the easy way out IMHO. Do nothing yourself except for throw money at dealer to go fast then more money at a builder or tuner to go faster.

Well isn't this true back in the day? Couldn't someone just throw money at a dealership and buy a new muscle car? Then throw money at a bunch of aftermarket parts to make it go faster?
I'm sure the guys who built their 30s-50s hotrods were saying the same thing.

Every era of performance cars has folks that just wanna buy what's new & fast and pay out the *** then pay someone else to mod their car. That's cool ,just not my cup of tea and wouldn't be regardless of time frame and cars available I'm in. But that's just me. If your a modern muscle dude. Rock on.

Check the bio on that cuda. Would have no problem doing anything a modern muscle car can performance and travel wise.

I spent less then 60 grand on my Hellcat. And NO markup. Mopar really frowning on those markups.

Yes I posted pics somewhere. I got it last Christmas Eve. Traded in my 2013 SRT challanger. White and FAST!

Dealers are even marking up the scat packs in my area.
I'm gettin old & feel for folks with their car payments like a mortgage but gotta admit the modern chargers & challengers are most impressive and if ya got the coin enjoy. its awesome they are available.
Hell I only paid 62,000 for my lovely house n 1999. It has performed well in 16 yrs. LOL.

Nice one Tim. 68GTconvert was looking for one also. I have a dealer on my tool route that is selling everyone he can get his hands on for sticker. He has sold 2 to Ray Everham (a friend of his) I was part owner in a 2010 Srt8 6 speed car that we bought wrecked and rescued. With headers, a chip, and opened exhaust it was a rocket ship. I couldn't imagine a Hellcat!
