Just recieved a 4 speed shifter I ordered from eBay advertised as a hurst shifter...but not so sure it is. I kno most hurst shifters have hurst engraved on the shifter. This one doesn't say anything, no part number either. Didn't pay much for it so I won't be bothered if it ain't really a hurst, I jus would like to kno so I can order the correct linkages

That is a later style shifter used in F bodies. Works just fine in A bodies also. Seems I remember that shifter was an over the counter replacement part at the mopar dealer ships back in the day.

Absolutely 100% correct.........

I'm surprised that it is the "push in type" I always thought that around and after 1971, all handles were the bolt in type from the factory. When F-Bodies came out in 1976, did they have push in type handles?

I'm looking for a 70 handle for a dart with bench seat if anyone has one
