It can be done but "easy" is not a word I would use.
Gen III would be "easier"

No, the first generation appeared in 1953.

Yeah well, we're talkin about automotive stuff here......not airplanes or tanks. lol But tell your all knowin teenager, technically, he's right.

Just scanned over that v 16 , dresser ind. and cooper Bessemer , and others had v 20 gas pipeline engines , but they were stationary , and some ran for 30 yrs w/o a shut down. They ran on the nat. gas they pumped , and were the size of a 5 car garage only taller..the radiators were/are so big they were outside the bldg.
I bet the piston oiling was a problem on the upside down engines .

My 505 is allmost that bad, had to mill the lower fin off to worm the valve cover off, cant use full studs for the covers, and have an offset master cyl plate.

I am finally getting ready to install my RB and I have the Hydroboost brake assist..... It's probably gonna turn ugly lol.....

As for the 2G in an A Body. I have not personally worked on any but have been around a few and it just another day at the office IMO.... People do it all the time and it really does make a car stand out in the crowd....
