Discovered this today. How many of these were made? Was this a dealer option? Anyone else have one. Was this the first lift gate made by Chrysler?

Australia and IIRC South Africa got 67-69 Dart wagons.

In AU the body style changed to a AU only design in the early 70's, but they had 2 door wagons on that platform.

That orange one is what Max's wife drove in Mad Max.
 
I like them and would be proud to own any of them.

One of the earlier ones that is clearly based on the 67-69 Dart, could accept a GTS hood, and would have lots of folks doing double and triple takes.

That's why they make so many cars :) I have met people that don't like Darts, I know, how!? I think it's the high roof on these that turn me off. The orange one is for sure the best looking one!
