right here ...see me I'm waving.. NY
I just bought my got-to-buy-before-I-die car.

It's my dream car so my Dart, that I really like is going, and may be gone as one of our guys came to see it and may take it.

Love the charger, I feel the same way!
But I swear it sounded like you were coming out of the closet. Of which is fine, but I always wondered why it was so important to announce that.
The crude boys on the sub say something similar, “once you go black, you don’t come back!”

I am just really glad to see a 68-69 charger vice a late model corvette.

Are throwing in a 383/440//727? 833?
What gears you gonna run?

You can dump $30,000 into it or lot lot less if it doesn’t have to be car show perfect.

Do you need us to look out for a specific part for you? @halifaxhops is on point with parts finding and there are tons of parts here in south Texas, probably even cheaper in the flooded city of Houston.

cant fault you for that. I'd buy a 65 Morris Cooper S 1275 if I could find one.

Whoa !! .. I didn't realize the title was that leading when I typed it:rofl:.. it's only and will always be a driver ..no big money here and I bought it for mid-teens or I wouldn't have bought it. it's a 383 highway gears and I'm going to leave it that way ..I'm about done with muscle as my Dart's over the years gave me all I can handle. Time to look good, sound good, and use 87 octane :).. Yeah I will need a few small things ..thanks

.....and it wouldn't matter to me if you posted you got a old rusted out Camaro. At least you'd still be in the hobby.

Congratulations, nice looking Charger!

Don’t sell your Dart, that Charger needs a friend.

man love those tail lights

I wonder how that car would look with a flag on top?

Drove the Dart, but the gas was knocking my butt off. Where I live I need the highway to go anywhere and it doesn't like the highway at 3000/3300 rpm's..and when you put your foot in it, which this car was built for, at $3.30 a gallon it can make you stay home....I really liked it, but the Charger will get driven a LOT more, for sure. I can't wait for a nice long cruise along the lake .......before it snows.

Very nice car and a great price! I am going through the same thing right now. Mine doesn't get driven much either.

Are you in Ontario? Those look like Historic vehicle plates. How did you find the car? I have been doing the Kijiji thing but not finding much.

I found it on Kijiji ON., about 90 miles away, I live just over the border. It was on for a while when I called for it. The guy had a buyer, but he got buyers remorse or something and passed a while later. Owner called me out of the blue two weeks after he pulled the ad. I got very lucky, very good buy.

That's good to know. I had my eye on a car on kijiji, then went away on a weeks vacation intending to call when I got back, but the ad was gone. Hopefully he relists if it doesn't sell, as I never copied down the phone number when it was listed. Duh!
