Benefits of living in Canada

Butter Tarts, YUM. Poutine Fries, YUM. Beaver Tails, Yum.
I did not know Hawaiian Pizza came from Canada, but YUM.
And just for good measure, I'll throw in a few medium rare Cheeseburgers from Webbers up between Orillia and Barry. We go there every time we go to Canada to visit the Daughter and grandkids.

Mike… you need to come to BC… northern Vancouver Island… best salmon fishing in the world!

It wasn't too bad at the other end of Vancouver either on our other Canadian holiday. I was 15 and was second in the big fish pool on the boat at 35 lbs.. Half day charter and we were headed back to port after 3 hours with enough fish for the entire charter to limit out including the crew

A little fly out fishing. Buddy has a float plane. I live near the float base. Had a trip lined up earlier this year, forest fires shut that plan down. Next summer.

But don't you have to wait for the lakes and rivers to thaw???? Very cold up there eh!!!

Did you say "Cut a hole in the ice"???? You just verified that "It's cold as hell up there"!!:poke::poke::rofl:

It don't just happen in Canada  We were on our way to a Boy Scout winter camp out at Big Bear Lake Ca. Little twisty turny road around the lake scout master is still freightin' right along and a snowmobile passes us, like at 50mph on the lake :steering: . Behind us is 25 miles to the Mojave Desert, home of 120° summers, other side of the hill is the LA Basin and all those sunny beaches
