Hi All, even though I do not own a mopar (yet), I have been here many times looking for material to help me decide if I should go ahead and get this lil´blue beauty.
1971 Plymouth Scamp in B2 Glacial Blue with white vinyl top.
One owner until 4 years ago, I would be the third. 64846 original miles, original paint, vinyl roof, interior, even the spare and the carpet. All realy well cared for. Upgraded manifold and carb and steering wheel, but rest is pretty much as it should be.
The guy is asking 18k but remember this is Europe, everithing from over the water is more expensive here.

Welcome!
This Scamp looks very very clean! You couldn't get one for less than 20k here in Switzerland in this condition! There was one for sale for 30 grands so 18k seems to be a fair price, but it depends on your personal situation.
Greetings from Switzerland

Welcome! I agree with those above. If you have the means to buy the car I'd jump all over it. When are you going to find another car like this in the EU?

Welcome from Texas, if you can afford the car buy it. It will give you untold enjoyment tooling around Europe in an American vehicle. When my wife and I were on Poland Christmas a year ago, I saw only one American car in the 16 days we were there.

Buy it and post a metric ton of photos when you do!!!

Looks like a standart one legger 7 1/4 then

Not for certain....could be a Sure Grip...I have a 7 1/4 SG in my Valiant. If it doesn't have the tag on the diff, easy way to tell is to put it up on stands, turn one wheel by hand and see if the other wheel turns in the same direction or the opposite direction. There could be a "False positive" due to something in the rear, but short of opening it up, that's a method.
There are several threads in here about it.

I´m getting a bit lost in the new/old horsepower, what is the 318 from 71 actually has in terms of power?

looks like a solid purchase! Does it still have the fender tag? Was it built for the export market? Since the speedo is in miles I presume it was a US spec car that was imported later in life to Europe?

Dutch guy goes to USA, stays 10years, finds local indian girl, comes back to Europe with lovely wife and her uncles Scamp. Kept it until 3ish years ago. He is In contact with the current owner still.
