Help me bombard the phone of the guy who scammed me! Also, anyone in St. Louis?

-
I have a feeling the wheels either never existed in the first place or they are long gone and the money was used for the meth habit, some Budweiser, and a case of smokes for Granny.

Also sounds like they come from a long line of parasitic, recitivistic maggots who keep passing the tainted genes to the next poor sap.

Super Glue applied to door locks, brick thru the windshield and tail lights painted black for starters..........

Don't ask how I come up with this stuff.

A nice, warm solution of dog poop, hamburger meat, and whole milk mixed together in a spray bottle that sat in the sun for three days straight, shaken well and sprayed into the fresh air intake vents will be the gift that keeps on giving and never goes away.

Kinda like herpes.

ROTFLMAO. That is down right nasty. I will have to remember that one.:-D

Do a zaba search on him and you will get his home address. There are ways to find people. I have found people this way before. I would definitely pay im a visit unfortunately the tickets will cost more than you paid for the wheels. The feeling of breaking a few bones (of course this happened when he "tripped") is priceless.

I did the search and came up with[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

Is this puke still Craigslisting ?? If so we all need to get his phone # and do a search and Flag every freakin post he has... every day.

-RPM

OK....If you all dont want someone else to get screwed and this guy to make a buck off anyone. Write the phone number down... and search that Craigslist each day and flag all his stuff. Make it so he cant sell a gumball.

Also flood Craigslist there with a pile of ads that uses his phone number indicating he is a scam artist. Start it with "SCAM ARTIST ALERT" !!

-RPM

very good advice RPM.
it really pissed him off when i did that the first time.
it's what got him to finally tell me to F off, as opposed to just not taking my phone calls.

he said i "slandered" him on the internet.
i'm thinking "you dont know what slander means, scammer"

Sorry to hear about this ringyding. What a useless meatsack.

I friend of mine back in Chicago owns a very large landscape business and he's a landscape architect. He did a very pricey job (6 digits) for a large mutlifamily complex and the developers wouldn't pay. He took a piece of black construction paper and taped a very small (2"x2") bill on it and made a copy of it. He then started faxing 100 copies of the bill a day to this company which of course, ran the ink out of their fax machines. He did this every day for about a week until the check arrived.

Sorry to hear about your issue, wish I was close enough to "lend a hand". Scammers sux, and the sad part is he will scam again. St. Louis members need to "look" at the stuff in this guy's ads. Call for a viewing, take his stuff, sell on e-bay until money is recovered. Get a copy of the money order for reciept of purchase so when the dirtbag calls the law you stand a chance and he'll have to try and sue to get it resolved. It would be easier to just crack his head, but don't! Trust me, it will cost much more than the $500 that was lost! (don't ask how I know!)

Its an old car, pull old tricks :-D

Remove valve stems
Switch plug wires
Replace throttle return spring with solid hook - lol
Remove hood latch hook
Adjust one light all the way up, the other all the way down
Fish in front of vents
Rainbow sticker on license plate
This one is fun- Lick a jolly rancher, then stick it to the window :snakeman:
AND! My personal favorite --> Run a wire from the horn to the brake light! Ahahaha

I can't beleive your still dealing with this guy though, authority needs to step up and put him in his place.

Honestly, I haven`t read the entire thread BUT after 6 weeks and no movement from this guy I would get the Feds involved by filing a mail fraud case.

good idea on the attempt to do something through the feds.

i will be researching that angle.

state law and the postal service have left me no way to get any justice. or money back.

I think the movie "The Big Lebowski" said it best:
Walter Sobchak said:
Do you see what happens, Larry, WHEN YOU **** A STRANGER IN THE ***? [proceeds to smash up what he believes is Larry's new Corvette] THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS, LARRY! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU **** A STRANGER IN THE ***!

Imagine the look on this guys face when a gruop of old mopar cars and trucks pulling up his street and coming to knock on his door all over a set of 400 dollar wheels LOL

Scammers are just trash people. PERIOD

Some things I have seen to make a trash person's life interesting.

a. Turn their name into sights that may embarrass them. (gay pride, gay trips and motels) not picking on the gays. white pride groups, etc, etc

b. Pour oil on each wheel. ( cant go, stop, or steer). cooking oil

c Grease their door handles

The most extreme thing was a person poured Drano on a damp car(wet lye).

But , think! if you break the law. you can go to jail.

just did the daily flagging... comon people... join the flagging tradition on this fool..... the link to his stuff is on the 3rd page.

Dont let him continue to sell.

Treva and I are heading there know RPM

Treva said Ebay owns part of Craig's list!!!!

i got scammed by a craigslister in Fredricktown

his name is Rickey "Joe" Stacey

took $440 from me a month ago and never sent me the wheels that i paid for.

wont return phone calls or emails, but continues to sell his Chevelle crap on St. Louis craigslist. posted more sales just the other day

(yes i should have known better than to deal with a bowtie a**hole.)

if you search st. louis craigslist for his number 314-409-7227 you can see his listings.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO RANDOMLY CALL HIM AND TELL HIM TO NOT BE A SCUMBAG AND SHIP THE TORQ THRUSTS THAT HE SOLD A MONTH AGO - I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL.

314-409-7227 IS THE NUMBER TO CALL

(EDIT: SEEMS HE IS A BUSY SCAMMER - HIS VOICEMAIL IS FULL
... SO TRY HIS MOM'S HOUSE 314-892-8885)

HE MIGHT JUST DECIDE TO SHIP THEM FINALLY IF HE STARTS GETTING ALOT OF CALLS FROM ALL OVER THE PLACE OUT OF THE BLUE...

ALSO - I WILL GLADLY REIMBURSE EXPENSES FOR ANYONE WILLING TO TAKE A RIDE OUT TO THIS GUYS MOM'S HOUSE TO TRY TO GET MY GOODS. (legal means, please. for all our sakes...)

174 Kinswood Lane
St. Louis MO
63129

(i am going to get the postal service on him starting tmorrow since i paid via money order)
I live in St.Louis pm me Ill go out ther no problem

AND NOW THE FRUSTRATION SETS IN...

I am into this guy for $460 Dollars.
I live in California. Here in California, Small Claims Court only applies to In State. (And would costs $30 to file)

I can file a Civil Claim, since Civil Claims can stretch interstate
BUT CIVIL CLAIMS COST $205 TO FILE!!!
AND THAT DOESNT INCLUDE SHERIFF FEES TO SERVE THE FILING!!!

Post Office says that only the police can follow up. That Postal Inspectors dont do that kind of work.

So even though this dude totally jacked me, unless I risk another $205+ dollars, I have no way to even seek to get my money back from this Nova driving scumbag.

Any ideas are appreciated.
Any friends in St. Louis county???
I would be happy to return a favor...
i live in st louis pm me with phone number i got srewed on racing junk . comm $7000.00 for a enclosed trailer i feel your frustration and would be glad to go there
