Why are classic 4 door sedans "disliked"?

Porsche 4 door is the only one I can think I that I greatly dislike. Just looks wrong, and completely out of character for a Porsche.

Flex plate bolts witness marks on torque converter

I think the cam will be fine. But I've got a hunch you'll be wanting to update your converter over the winter. I'm hoping it goes together quickly and you're cruising ASAP.

Yeah, I've actually played that game a few times, and let me tell you, it's a blast. I stumbled upon it during a game night with some friends, and it quickly became one of our favorites.

understanding a low oil pressure 360

I set two FIA world records in two days at Bonneville. Doesn’t mean ****. I agree with @replicaracer43 that rod side clearance is not what’s causing this. That would be way down a long list of guesses at this point. Pressure is resistance to flow. Period. It’s not new news. Somewhere you have a...

    1972 Demon with 71 340 casting

By 72 all 340s had low compression...by all accounts , yours should be low. It has a 72 vin on it...and it's original to your 72 car

Tell me about your ballast resistor failure.

I never had one fail on my own cars. But did change a few on friends cars. Once was due to a bad alt. One had some other part fail and it took it out, and fuseable link. I can't remember what parts it was. Was a,sacrafial lamb I guess

    1972 Demon with 71 340 casting

Thanks, so do you think the casting date indicates that the 340 would 10.5:1 compression motor or the bogged down version in 72 with the 8.5:1 compression

Been getting the grandkids minibike fixed for another summer of fun. They keep smashing it up and I make them repair it so they learn. This year they have been busy on their farm, so I repaired it and is almost ready for another thrashing.

Why are classic 4 door sedans "disliked"?

These were popular in europe aswell, thinking of the Volvo Amazon, Ford Cortina, Daimler Double-Six, Borgward Isabella, Opel Commodore and many many more. Japan had the same thing in the 90's with the Silvia, Chaser, Skyline and so on.

    Duster temp gauge problems

The sensors are just thermistors, and they work across a very specific resistance-temperature range. Are you comfortable working with VOM's? If so, find yourself a 100 ohm (or higher) ohm pot (potentiometer), wire it such that it "replaces" the sensor (note quotes: the wire from your dash going...
