    I wanted a ECU with a adjustable rev limiter. So I spent the extra coins on that. Does the HEI have a rev limiter just in case a missed shift or some unwanted occurrence that would make the engine rev beyond its capabilities?

    You don't HAVE to have it on the passenger side. Mine is like that so I made a mark on the pump housing where TDC is located. I did that for awhile.
