Next Phase of my Mopar Life

More progress was made last weekend. VoeTom came over and we installed the offset dowels for the bellhousing. Total run out is now within specs. I replaced the pilot bushing and installed the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. We had the spark plugs out to make it easier to rotate, and I...

Last one to post in this thread wins!

Morning guys. My son bagged another turkey yesterday and was the biggest he's ever gotten. 25.9 lbs dead weight. For some reason the one standing stuck around for a few minutes. He's a happy camper. Have a great day

    Torqueflite 904 rear seal

Charlie thanks for the insight. I didn’t prime the rear seal, but it sounds like the draining torque converter saved me from a dry start. I’m very grateful!

A-body armrest - stripped threads in door’s sheet metal

That's an old school trick. Did it often as a bodyman. I think a thread setter, then slid an awl or punch in the hole and tweak it down for the correct angle.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning. Found out late last night that my great Aunt has died. Apparently passing Friday and funeral tomorrow. In Chicago. Gonna see if Uncle Sam will let me off for the day to make a run up for it.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

I think it was a combo of a very busy 36hrs for my boys graduation and then felt shitty, so I stayed home to make sure. There is a bug going around here. Don't need it. Heading back up to move my boy home this weekend. Can't get sick

318 with Edelbrok perfomer intake and 600 cfm 4 barrel, what headers please?

Many thanks to everyone for the contribution and info. I can see that there is other things I can do before I get to the headers. I am not chasing seconds, what I am after is a grin on my face every time I take the old girl out. All about feelings for me and for that she has plenty of charm in...
