    Fast XIM Onboard Settings

There are 2 instructions for the xim. 1 for use with xfi and 1 as a standalone unit. The standalone instructions have a lot more info about the dip switch settings.

Excellent thanks, I have 1 XIM with the switches set to 0 and 1 XIM with everything set to specific positions. I am assuming you are using a XFI as well?

I'll probably end up buying a new one but I figured I would give somebody the opportunity to make a sale on one that needed some work as I don't need a perfect one.

    1968 340 Correct Radiator Hoses

And these factory manuals have detailed diagrams with photos and dimensions of the original radiator hoses? My factory manuals don't have anything of the sort.

    1968 340 Correct Radiator Hoses

Excellent, can you tell me how tall the numbers are and the height of the pentastar from base to tip? Thickness of the green pinstripe? If I mark up one set for me I might as well do a couple. I'll let you know how it goes.

    1968 340 Correct Radiator Hoses

I have several factory font stamp sets and I would like to mark them correctly but I don't know how the original 68 hoses were marked.

    1968 340 Correct Radiator Hoses

And these hoses have the pentastars and OEM part numbers on them? Hmmm

    1968 340 Correct Radiator Hoses

I recently added a 340 Barracuda almost survivor to my collection and the motor is very original except the hoses have been changed over the years. Does anyone have pictures of the original hoses or what the part numbers are for one without A/C. Are they stamped like the later cars on the end...

    1971 Plymouth Scamp

70 was the only year the emblem was factory, 71 and 72 didn't have them and of course the 72 grill also didn't have the extra moldings in the middle like 70 & 71

    FiTech EFI system

Let us know if that lean burn works for you. I have been beating my head against a wall for 4 days trying everything I can think of and swapping out distributors with no luck. My thermoquad is sounding better and better.

    FiTech EFI system

Also when I went through the initial setup the computer never holds the engine cid value at 318. I submit that value to the ecu and back out it changes to 317 everytime.

    FiTech EFI system

Well I started without the timing control running fuel only and the factory electronic ignition that ran great with the carb but the fitech only ran maybe 4 times for 50 cranks. When it runs it runs well and will idle forever, but once I shut it off and try to start it again it'll never run. It...

    FiTech EFI system

What brand distributor is everyone using with the timing control? Phasing the rotor?

    FiTech EFI system

I know this has been asked a couple of times but I saw no clear answer. Where did everyone find a good place for the white wire 12v key on and crank. BTW I am temporarily running factory electronic ignition with ballast resistor until its up and running then letting fitech control timing. Thanks...

    1974 Duster - First Mopar

You don't have to paint over Rust Bullet unlike POR15 as it is UV resistant (yes I have tried it) and it doesn't peel like POR15 when you put it on non rusty metal, but for best results rusty metal is what its for. I used 1 quart can of RB for my Demon floor pans, the frame on my Dart and the...

    1974 Duster - First Mopar

Rust Bullet is WAY better than POR15, I use black shell on heavy rust like trunk pans, the automotive stuff (silver) is thinner and goes further.
