it is 2c gf highbuild epoxy its fantastic good texture,sound,and rust inhibeters also if you dont have a media blastergo to the hardware store and buy a gall of miratic acid it will take all surface rust off great but you need to scrubb it with water and baking soda to nutralize it then blow...

the best product is a glass filled epoxy it has a good texture to it and is an epoxy so its good for bare metal and is tint or paintable it is a ppg product you spray it with an undercoat gun i do the complete underside with it and paint it
