cchrishefish a member on this site gave me the information for a guy in australia that makes reproduction tail lights. I saw some pics of his work and they are amazing. you have to message him on ebay and his screen name is streetlens. I hope this helps.

He can make 64 tail lights? Can you send a pic of how yours came out? Also someone posted the the 63 tail lights will interchange, now can I use just the lens or do I have to swap out the whole assembly?

Oh by the way I figured it out. I looked up the wiring diagram and noticed that the distributors pick up coil is linked to the crank sensors wiring. I checked the pick up coil and sure as hell there was all three wires exposed. Switched it out and drives like a dream.

That is good advice! I will try that instead of putting this other one on from autozone I will just head to the dealership. come to think of it I had the same issue with the cam sensor on my 96 neon. I miss my neon so much.

I want to add more on the issue. I had no issues till I was using the AC one day then it over heated out of no where and shut down on me on the highway. I waited a while till it cooled down tried to turn it over and it fired right up then the check engine light came on saying it was the camshaft...

It is a 5v set up and it tests out just fine.

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic and it keeps blowing crank sensors and I can't figure out what the underlining issue is. Does anyone out there have any ideas?

I purchased 2 motors for this car and I had somebody offer me more than twice what I gave for them, so naturally I sold them. I am taking this as a sign to just sell the car off so that is what I am doing. I hate to just abandon a project but my 64 Dart is getting a little neglected.

I got the engine and trans pulled and ready to go today. I also noticed that I will have to get the frame repaired and reinforced. The last owner didn't box the frame for some reason and now it is twisted and cracking.

Width and height are good but I may have to alter the fire wall to fit for length. Also thank you for the heads up on the frame rail issue. I will be inspecting that first thing in the mourning.
