My experience is yes. Easy fit in a 72 dart with B motor. Power steering/power brakes.

Going through something similar on the A pillars on my 72 Dart. Making patches and spot welding them in. Slow process making patches because I don't have a shrinker/stretcher. Its with hammer and dolly. Coming along okay for my first attempt at this type of repair.

You might rake a look at Big Block Mopar Engines by Don Taylor. Its geared toward a step by step factory stock rebuild but you can supplement this book with Andy F's book.

I'm looking for a decent instrument cluster for my 72 dart swinger. Primarily one with a working speedometer.

I had the exact same experience on my 451. The 440source housing was marginal at best. The Mancini housing made a big difference in reducing the temps. No other changes made to the rest of the cooling system.

I have power brakes. I have to unbolt the booster and tie it off to the side to access the valve cover or pull engine. Removing the booster with the master cylinder attached takes about ten minutes. Its a 72 dart swinger. Car came equipped with power brakes, front discs. Its now 400/451...

Good to know. My light harness is bad and my engine harness isn't much better. The dash harness is not too bad but the seat belt circuit ( I think?) has been cut out and the map/glove box lights appear to have been cut.
