Stock big block rockers, how much side to side play should there be?

Motor is a 383 and i had the oil pan off of the car. I did not build this motor but if i look up to the bottom of the pistons i can see the numbers 233-99. Does anyone have any info on these pistons? Really curious if they are cast or forged.

I was told that some mid 90's ram trucks had aluminum driveshafts with the 1350 u-joints, and if they had the a-518 auto that the slip yoke will work in the 727. Has anyone else used this driveshaft and does it seem like a good idea? Looking for opinions thanks, John
