I use plain ole dishsoap. Apply liberally to bushing and sway bar right out of bottle and twist it back and forth while pushing until its where you need it, rinse and dry. Plus it makes your hands clean and sway bar smell reeeal nice. Rob

Pulled it out tonight in 2 hours and 1 beer flat!! Took off both spindles, popped the pin on the steering column, loosened up torion bars, removed 4 bolts and dropped it. 2-3 hits with 8 lb hammer on the lower control arm towards the front and that was it. Torsion bars are marked on the front...
