    Can someone identify this wheel?

Thanks for all the help guys. I must have bought it back when I had my '67 fastback. Now I just need to find a '69 barracuda, or just build one around the steering wheel! Until I win the powerball lottery, it'll be a shop decoration I guess.

    Can someone identify this wheel?

It's a solid black, not woodgrain. I'll try to get dimensions tonight.

    Can someone identify this wheel?

I found this steering wheel in my basement. I think it's for an a-body barracuda but I'm not sure. Can anyone identify what car it belongs to?

    Wanted: 1969 Valiant 2dr

After selling my '67 fastback, I'm thinking about getting back into mopars. I'm looking for a 1969 valiant in the NY/VT/MA area, but it's gotta be cheap (under 1,000) or SWMBO will kill me. I know it's a longshot, but I thought I'd give it a try. Thanks

    1967 Plymouth Barracuda fastback

I'm selling my b'cuda fastback. Originally a no-frills 273 car, now has a running 318. The car still has the 340 X heads on it, but I also have a set of the swirl-port heads that would be included. It currently has a stock manifold from a 340, but I also have the LD4B manifold that was...

    Please read me !

Found this in the archives, seemed appropriate: Posted by Mikelbeck 4/25/2005 There's no room for political nonsense on this board. You get two people together, especially talking about politics, and there's gonna be a difference of opinion and an argument. So let's not even get into...

    Using points, no spark

Got a third ignition coil. Put that in, cleaned up the points, and the car started right up. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. Now the car is off to the bodyshop!

    Using points, no spark

I tried the ol' screwdriver in the wire, and there's definately no spark. This morning I put on a new condenser, but unfortunately there's still no spark. I checked the ballast resistor and it has power on both sides. I had a spare coil lying around so I tried that, too, but no luck. I also...

Thanks everyone. I'll pick up a condenser in the morning and let you know what happens.

    Using points, no spark

I have a '67 318 still using points. The car ran fine Sunday morning, but I couldn't get it to start later that day and it still won't start. The engine cranks, but that's it. Here's what I know so far: fuel is getting to the carb The battery is new, and I've got 12v at the ballast...

    Going to Carlisle

I'm going to Carlisle, looking for a lot of different parts. If anyone here plans on going and has any of these that they're going to bring for sale, send me a PM. I'd really like to get my parts by Friday night or Saturday morning so I can check out the cars. Here's what I'm looking for...

when did you fall in love with a-bodies

17 years ago, I saw an a-body barracuda painted up like a Sox & Martin car rusting away in a field. It had more parts in the trunk than it did under the hood, but I thought it was perfect for a 16-year-old driver like myself! I didn't have the money though, so I made it a point to stop and...

Swapping steering wheels in 67 cuda

I want to replace the stock wheel with horn ring in my 67 barracuda with a 3-spoke wheel with horn button from a 68. Do I need any kind of adapter to connect it to the steering column?

    68-69 barracuda horn cap

I'm looking for the horn pad with the barracuda emblem in it. If anyone has an extra one or knows if there are any repro's out there, I'd appreciate it.

    Steve from new york state

Welcome Steve! You're only a few miles from me (grafton, NY). There was a guy last summer in Brunswick off route 7 who was trying to sell his coronet (1970 R/T, I think). It was a project, but he was pretty motivated to sell. I think I have his contact info if you want to get in touch with...

    X heads on 318

When I purchased my barracuda, it came with a standard bore 318 with X heads and intake manifold from a 340. This car will never hit the strip, so I don't need to make crazy power, but I would like a little more HP than a standard 318. Does it make more sense (cost-wise and performance-wise)...

    1973 Dart Swinger

This may not be comparing apples to apples, but 2 years ago I sold my '72 Scamp in a similar condition to yours with a 360 in it for about $3,000. I would probably just be patient. It's only been a few days.

    AA1 Silver on a '67 fastback

Does anyone have a picture of a '67-'69 fastback with the AA1 silver paint on it? My car was originally that color, but when I bought it someone had painted it B5 blue. I'm thinking of switching it back, but I'm not sure how it would look. Thanks.

    Same me, new car

Thanks guys. I had quite a hassle getting the title from the guy, but nothing like what you've had to go through Mike! Now that I have it physically and legally, I have to go through the boxes of stuff that came with the car. So far, I've found the heater, some extra seatbelts, and a dead...

    Same me, new car

I ended selling my '73 Duster a few weeks ago, but managed to pick up this '67 barracuda. It took me 5 months to get it (2 months to agree on a deal, and 3 months of trying to get the title), but I think it was worth it. It was originally a 273, but the previous owner put in a 318.

    Putting it back together

Does anyone know where I can get information on putting a rear fold-down seat from a '67 barracuda back together? I thought the 1967 service manual would say something, but the CD version does not mention the barracuda at all! Does the '68 service manual have any info?
