    340 air gap eddy carb throttle cable is way too long. first time driving the car today!!!!!! (but i could only open throttle half way) :wack: i was thinking a lokar cable and bracket but i don't know what size to get.

    you shouldn't have to do much buffing with single stage. don't use metallics as they will distort when buffing. single stage doesn't catch much dirt so you shouldn't have to buff much.

    use automotive finishes to spray an automobile. there is a lot of research put into them and it is cheap insurance for your mopar. if price is an issue, use single stage urethane (only solid colors). extremely durable and excellent show.

    all 8 cylinder have good equal compression around 155 + or - 5. converted to electronic ignition new holley 750, rpm air gap intake, and xe274 cam. 14* btdc initial timing. fires right up every time! firing order is correct

    trying to tune a fresh rebuild and the engine feels like its misfiring. smooth idle but rough acceleration. vacuum fluctuates rapidly between 0-10. vacuum increases with rpm and still fluctuates.

    i purchased a used set of 73 duster seats for my 71 demon. they need new foam and covers. can i just use the correct 71 seat foam and covers on these frames? i cant seem to find the 73 foam and i would like to swap to the 71 if possible!

    bent push rods

    fresh rebuild on 69 340 block. l2316f pistons .030 over that come out of the hole .018 standard felpro gaskets, i think .039 compressed. x heads xe274h cam. car won't start and i noticed i bent all of the push rods on the exhaust.
