Hello, i had the same problem on my car and its probebly the alternator i had a new one too and i tested 3 voltreg and the problem was still there.so i got an old alternator on the yunkyard and the problem was gone. see the link for more infohttp://www.mymopar.com/dimlights.htm

My Dart 67 GT has trailer hitch dealer mounted in Sweden in 67 and i have HD brakes and suspension but only the 7 1/4 axel and its registred to tow 2800 because i dont have a trance cooler ,if i had that i can tow 3350 i`ll think its gone be perfect,unless you are going drag racing with it8)

Hi i got a original radiator from yearone to my 383 dart it was not cheap (313 dollar jan07) but it works great and locks lik it was there from the factory.
