    Oil filter

Thank you all. I will try to massage the exhaust a little. If that does not do what I need to do then I will try the 90 degree adapter. I really don't want to replace the exhaust at the moment because there are other areas of the car that could use the attention. Does anyone off hand have a link...

    Oil filter

Stock manifolds.. Crap pinch bent exhaust that came on the car when I got it. I finally use a big ok set of channel locks. The problem is that the filter hits the exhaust right before it completely threaded off.

    Oil filter

    Dead ignition

So I have 12 volts a the ballast input and nothing coming out. I guess i will be placing an order for a new ballast and coil because they are cheap enough. Thank you for the help. I will update when I get the stuff installed on the car.

    Dead ignition

No just 5 volts at start. I also check the firing order. Side note… I used a set of MSD wires and the fitment is terrible. They want to rest on the driver side manifold. Any suggestions on a nice set of wires that fit correctly would be greatly appreciated too. I will also check the...

    Dead ignition

Here is the story… When I got the car it ran ruff, as in you had to keep the gas pedal half down to keep it from stalling out. So… I drained the gas and put on a new Holley 670 street avenger, because the Eldenbrock 600 preformer was toast and the choke spring was broke. It ran...

    Dead ignition

So the car will not start. I just replaced the ignition/key switch. I am wondering if the new ignition switch is not wired the same as the old one. I had my daughter turn the car over and only got 1 spark when I tested it with an old plug I had. I also had 5 volts at the coil and when she keyed...

    What is this?

I am ASSUMING it provides the vacuum or controls the cabin climate switch on the dash. If so, where do I run the missing vacuum lines too? Thanks, Randy-

    Northern Kentucky Says… Hello

Shane thank you for the offer! The only thing I am short on right now is time. Wife, kids, 6 day work weeks, leaves me very little time to spin wrenches. My guess is that the majority of the people on this forum have that issue too. Randy-

    Northern Kentucky Says… Hello

Do to very unfortunate circumstances I have been left a very nice 73 Dart. It is a 340/727/355 car. My goals are to get it running reliably, and fix the previous resto problems. The car has been sitting in a climate control garage for the last 15 years and has not been driven. I think it got...
