    Harland Sharps

I just got them. They were in a PRW roller box but the box said they were for a big block. But I'm postive they are SB rockers. They are orange just like HS but I'm not sure. The HS and PRW rockers look just alike. All of the PRW rockers I have saw were blue though. They didn't come with...

    360 pistons

I'm looking at buying a set of TRW-L2405 pistons for a pretty good price. They are forged but dished. I was going to zero-deck my motor anyways so I figure that will bump the compression back up some. But, would it raise it enough? I'm probally going to be using a set of 308 heads. I'm not sure...

    8 1/4 rears

I believe all dakota's before 92 were 5 lug. I'm not 100% on the year.

    Harland Sharps

I just won this auction on ebay and I am hoping I won Harland Sharps. Can anybody tell if they are by the little picture? They look just like them to me. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300136082885&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=020

What cross over can I use on a 273

I wouldn't use a chrome neck. I think I tried 3 and never could get one to seal. I'd hate to know how many times I tried to get them to seal. I finaly swapped to a factory style one and no more worries.

    Roller 360

Is there a way you can use a regular flat tappet cam in this block? Roller cams are pretty expensive... If this motor has 308 heads I'm going to use them instead and sell my magnum heads.

    Roller 360

I've got a buddy that has a 1990 roller 360. I was going to build a 318 but I was wondering if I could use this 360 instead. I have a set of magnum heads I would like to use. I was hoping I could use a hughes roller cam. I have no clue about these rollers motor I'm not sure if they are worth it...

    318 build

Thanks guys. I went and picked up my motor yesterday. Took the pan off and the crank isn't forged. The motor turns real nice though. I made up my mind and I'm going to get forged rods and filefit rings. The pistons that are in it are flat tops and probally .10 in the hole which surprised me...

    318 build

    The pistons are L2329F30.

    318 build

Umm sorry....that'll teach me to not proof read :) I thought there was a difference between cast and forged crank flywheels. I was wondering if I should spend the extra money for file fit rings if I'm going to be using nitrous. I also wondering if I could use around a .500 lift cam. I don't want...

    318 build

I am building a semi-budget 318. I just bought a set of speed-pro .30 over forged pistons on ebay for 200$. I have a 68 318 motor that I hope has a forged crank in it. I think I'm going to use a set of 73 318 rods with pioneer rod bolts and have it balanced. I'm using magnum heads. I have two...

    Hello

Hi, I'm new here I just signed up. I'm 17 years old. My father and I restored a 1973 Challenger for 4 years. We started when I was 12. A year after the completion of the Challenger we are starting a 1976 Plymouth Scamp. This one is going to be more of a driver though. It's going to be a 318 w/...
