This is what I need. The brackets with threaded nuts would fit into the end of the hinge (Photo attached). The hinge with brackets slide into the trunk lid and bolted together.

The rest of the story...... thought I would close this out with what happened. The windshields have been installed using the new clips that I had ordered from Classic Industries. Everything went well and the windshields/chrome trim turned out great. I have the old clips in reserve.

Several years ago I removed the windshields and clips on my ‘68 Dodge Dart. Now, fast forward to today. I recently pulled the old clips out of storage and noticed that there are four different shapes/sizes of clips. Is that standard? Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to this when I removed...

The top grill is from my Dart and the horizontal trim members are mostly black. The bottom one is a new one from CI and shows the horizontal trim pieces polished metal. Any thoughts on what the original color scheme was for 1968 Darts? Thanks!

Thanks for the replies. Mine looks just like these do. The engine bay side is the color of the car (yellow) and the front facing is the flat sprayed in black.

My '68 Dart GTS has the cross bars and hood latch painted black, but I am not sure if that was factory paint or has been painted over. I had been told that Dodge typically painted the engine bay area the same color as the car. Would that include the front cross-bars as well? As you can see in...
