Loving my new 727 tranny with OD, but at 75 mph, it gets sketchy coming around turns on the freeway. Steering has no play, but would appreciate stiffer steering. Would a whole kit be warranted?

I recently got the car back (71 Demon) from repair. Drove it about 15 miles days ago and today the gas cap wont turn and feels locked under pressure. Ots a cap with key. Key turns but cap is on tight. Tried channel locks but cap is shaped too roundly for grip and at an angle. Any advice?

My car has no factory A/C, the heat is turned to off, and I'm pretty sure there's firewall insulation, yet it feels like lots of heat is passing thru the vents underneath. How can I keep heat from passing thru the vents? Or is it just radiant heat, not air in the vents?
