Hi guys, putting new front shocks in the Duster. Old ones were removed years ago and car is on stands so i have nothing to go by. Does anyone know how to position the mounting hardware? Meaning the two washers two bumpers and nut? this is holding me up dont wanna put them in wrong... thanks

If im going from a slant 6 to a 318 do i need to swap out my torsion bars for something different?? My driver side bar is awful flimsy so it looks like a swap is going to be necessary anyway

I tried adjusting them and i did get closer but still have a ways to go. Looks like im going to have to take the lowers out and reposition them, but is there anyway to tell which way the hex should fit or is it more ore less just trial and error ??

Yes tension was taken off I'm just not very good with names and we dropped everything a year ago and are just putting it back up now but that sounds easy enough thank you all for your help!

There is a picture w/ the first post if that helps. I can try to get some more if you need tho. It is a front sway bar. I dropped the front end to exchange for disc brakes so I have pretty much the whole drum setup

Yes I have a 71 Duster. The setup I am using came from a 72 Dart. Now when I buy lower ball joints would I buy them for the car? (71 Duster) or the setup? (72 Dart) I found some MOOG on Jegs for $47 say they fit 73-76 Duster, says nothing about 70-72 but that it fits 62-76 Dart. Would I be okay...
