    yes the ignition switch is new but havnt replaced the ballast. my ecu is only 6mo old i think. i did drop a distributor in that i had laying on the shelf. would that have anything to do with it?

    i looked at the other post and made sure my ecu is grounded but still does the same thing. it wont fire while cranking untill i pull the key back.

    i have a 76 plymouth 360 duster with electronic ignition that when i turn the key it wont start till i release it from the crank position. it acts like its not getting power while cranking but i have replaced everything in the column. any ideas??

    i know this is an old post but im gona go ahead and update it...i found out i had a driveshaft for an 8 3/4 so i bought a conversion u joint till i find a 8 1/4 drive shaft

    lol my wife and i take our daughters to pre-k every morning and all the other parents are in pj heaven (alarm clocks should be set 30 min earlier...jus sayin )

    looking for a gauge cluster for a 76 duster

    I mainly need the circuit board on the back (mine is fried from previous owner bypassing the voltage limiter) but would take the whole cluster.

    I thought about using a conversion joint but didnt know if there was one out there that would work for me. I will see if i can find one online (Our local parts stores suck when it comes to looking up parts)

    I have a 76 duster that has been sittin around a couple of years. well i finaly got to working on it and tried to install the drive shaft that came with the car (the kid said it was from the car, but the car was a basket case when i bought it) the rear ujoints were too big so i ran the numbers...
