Anyone use the Quicktime bellhousing to T5?

I'm about ready to put my 340 back in the Dart and was wanting to know what the latest is on this. Read the 13 pages but not anything recent about it.

I did a search but couldn't find any info. Will a '67-69 B body column fit in a "67-69 A body without major surgery?

Anybody go to the Mopar show in Bristol?

I went up yesterday and hit the swap meet, got a set of old Cal-Custom small block valve covers for $30.00, trans tunnel hump for 4 speed, brake and clutch pedal assembly, shift rods for A body $150.00, and a couple 340 torsion bars for $25.00. The vendors were a little sparse tho, hope more...

Best roll cage for a Dart?

What's the consensus on the best cage for a Dart? I did a search and found a bunch of different manufactures are making them. Cost, ease of assembly, safety, not necessarily in that order. TIA

340 six pack crank and rods?

I bought a bunch of junk off a guy last week that included a 340 crank and rods that have a tag on them that says 340 six pack. My machinist said that he thought the six pack rods were slightly longer than a standard 340. Anyone ever hear of this? Seven of the rods are within one gram of each...

Found a source for ignition switch and key

The old '67 Dart I picked up was missing the ignition switch and key. I checked online and some local junkyards for a replacement. Found some switches in the junkyard but the cheapest price I got from a locksmith was $80.00 to cut a new key for it. I called an old auto parts place here in town...

    Had good Mopar luck lately

I posted on the welcome forum about a month ago about my old Dart I had lost years ago. Well I still haven't found it but did find a nice '67 2dr. Ht. locally. It's an original /6 auto but someone over the years had swapped in a 273 auto. I found a '70 440 auto with B body headers that a guy had...

    Removing SB intermediate shaft??

I've got an intermediate shaft on an old 273 that is stuck. I've soaked it in Marvel Mystery oil, made a puller to catch under the gear and got it almost all the way to the top. I suspect there is crap on the shaft that is getting bigger as I slide it further up. Can't get the puller on the gear...

    Big block weight reduction?

I did a search and found that a stock 440 weighs about 670#, but didn't find the weight of a 440 with aluminum water pump and housing, aluminum intake, heads and headers. Anyone know about how much weight you'd loose? TIA

    67-69 Dart rear window glass??

Can you still get the rear window glass for the '67-69 Dart at a reasonable price? I found windshields on e-pay but didn't see any back windows. Anyone in the Southeast have a parts car with decent glass in it?

    Found a 440 today,and a big suprise

I answered an ad about a low mileage '71 steel crank 440 today. It was in a shop that belonged to a friend of the owner of the engine. I've driven by it for years, had some old junk trucks setting around but never paid any attention to it. The guy's are some of the many transplanted Yankees we...

    Hi from a FNG

I bought a 1969 Dart Swinger 340 4 speed new in the fall of '68, sold it off to a guy before I went to Vietnam in 1970. While I was gone he ran it off the mountain and totaled it. Finally ran into his Niece a couple months ago and she said that he still had parts of it sitting out in a field up...
